Blessings go out to all of this year's S.I.N. Award Winners. Congratulations on a job well done and let's make next year an even more productive one. Blessings go out to Radio Programmers that were not afraid to take shots on new music. We understand the philosophy; if it is not broken don't fix it. We are happy that you understand that in order to keep your audiences happy you must constantly be turning them on to things they haven't heard before, instead of the same records. Blessings go out to all of the Record Companies that have supported SINternet.com with their Artists doing "Vitamin A" features. To often we forget that our business would be nothing without the Artists and it is nice to put the spotlight back on them. Thank you for helping us in our quest to make promotion campaigns fun again.

Dark Clouds cover all the programmers that are afraid to take chances. Freezing your playlists might be OK for a little while but eventually songs get old. Try to integrate new songs in your current playlists to keep them fresh and expose your audience to music that they haven't heard before. If you don't take the initiative to give your audience new music they will go somewhere else to find it. Lighting Bolts strike down Programmers that love to ADD records and then give minimal to no rotation. If you are going to ADD a record truly ADD it and support it with the airplay it deserves. Stop ADDing records just to manipulate meaningless numbers on the ADD board. Fires from Hell consume the negative people in our business. Negativity is contagious. There is no room for negative people because they are like a cancer to the rest of us. If you don't like what you do or you don't see a future in this business, find a new job. Snow Storms bury Radio Programmers that didn't attend the S.I.N. Awards, especially those that were nominated. This is one SIN that will not be forgiven. Those that missed due to health issues and personal matters will be absolved. Tremors continue to shake Record Executives and Radio Programmers that lack patience in developing new music. You cannot expect everything to react immediately; most Songs and Artists take time to build a following. Yet for some reason Radio jumps on and off of songs without ever giving them a real chance, and Labels continue to promote new singles without ever giving the first one a chance. Remember you don't cook pork the same way you cook beef. Study the S.I.N. Timetables on SINternet.com and Mediabase to see how the music is really developing in the marketplace.
